1.1. This Agreement is an official offer (public offer) by GG Donations (hereinafter "the Service Provider") for any legally capable individual (hereinafter "the Client") who accepts this offer under the conditions set forth below.
1.2. In accordance with Paragraph 2 of Article 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, upon acceptance of the conditions set forth below and payment for services, the individual or legal entity accepting this offer becomes the Client (in accordance with Paragraph 3 of Article 438 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, acceptance of the offer is equivalent to entering into the Agreement on the terms set forth in the offer).
1.3. The moment of full and unconditional acceptance by the Client of the Service Provider's offer to enter into the Agreement (acceptance of the offer) is the act of confirming readiness to pay for the Service Provider's services by clicking the "Pay" button on ggdonations.com. The text of this Agreement (hereinafter "the Agreement") is available at ggdonations.com.
1.4. By accepting the Agreement as described in clause 1.3, the Client confirms having read, agreed to, and unconditionally accepted all terms of the Agreement as set forth in the text of the Agreement, including any appendices that form an integral part thereof.
1.5. The Client agrees that acceptance of the Agreement as described in clause 1.2 constitutes entering into the Agreement on the terms set forth herein.
1.6. The Agreement cannot be revoked.
1.7. The Agreement does not require sealing and/or signing by the Client and the Service Provider (hereinafter "the Parties") and retains its legal force.
2.1. The subject of this Agreement is the paid provision by the Service Provider of access to video materials and live video streams of its own production, with the ability to display Client comments in text and audio format during live video sessions.
2.2. The Client fully accepts the terms of the Agreement and pays for the Service Provider's services in accordance with this Agreement.
3.1. The cost of services under the Agreement is determined by current prices published on ggdonations.com.
3.2. The cost of services may be changed by the Service Provider unilaterally.
3.3. Payment methods are indicated during checkout.
4.1. All text and graphic content on ggdonations.com is the property of the Service Provider.
5.1. The Service Provider is responsible for the timely provision of services when the Client meets the established requirements and rules posted on ggdonations.com.
5.2. The Service Provider is released from liability for breach of the Agreement if such breach is caused by force majeure circumstances, including: actions of government authorities, fire, flood, earthquake, other natural disasters, power outages, strikes, civil unrest, riots, and any other circumstances, not limited to the foregoing, that may affect the Service Provider's performance of the Agreement.
5.3. The Service Provider is not liable for the quality of public communication channels or services providing the Client access to its services.
6.1. The Service Provider undertakes not to disclose information received from the Client.
6.2. Disclosure of information in accordance with reasonable and applicable legal requirements is not considered a breach of obligations.
6.3. The Service Provider collects information about IP addresses of visitors to ggdonations.com. This information is not used to identify visitors.
6.4. The Service Provider is not responsible for information provided by the Client on ggdonations.com in a publicly accessible form.
7.1. The Service Provider and the Client, taking into account the nature of the services provided, agree to apply pre-trial dispute resolution in the event of disputes and disagreements related to the provision of services. If pre-trial resolution is impossible, the parties may apply to the court.
8.1. The Client has all rights and powers necessary to enter into and perform the Agreement.
8.2. The Client may unilaterally refuse the Service Provider's services at any time. In case of unilateral refusal by the Client, payment is not refunded.
8.3. The Service Provider reserves the right to amend or supplement any terms of this Agreement at any time by publishing all changes on its website.
8.4. For all matters not covered by this Agreement, the parties shall be governed by the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
8.5. If a court finds any provision of this Agreement invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in force.
